Liz Allen graduated in 1987 BSc (Hons) Pharmacy 2:1 at the University of Brighton, United Kingdom. She has over 10 years clinical research experience as a CRA Manager, and Clinical Research Associate within a variety of clinical research environments including the pharmaceutical industry, the contract research industries and the academic public health systems.

Member of the Institute of Clinical Research, UK, 1995-2002.
She is a member and co-opted Executive Committee member of the South African Clinical Research Association (SACRA) to coordinate Cape Town meetings, 2002-2003.

She has published in Clinical Trials in South Africa” - Good Clinical Practice Journal (GCPJ), April 2001 and “Career moves to another country” – InPharm, May 2002.
