Alzheimer drug makers' patient challenge
Taken from FT.com:  "The companies that make drugs to treat Alzheimer's disease are being challenged to identify sub-groups of patients who may get real benefit from the treatments.

If that cannot be done, the National Institute of Clinical Excellence, the drug regulator, will in October go ahead with its controversial recommendation that the National Health Service should no longer pay for the drugs."
